Estess Utility Services considers Georgia Power Company as one of their longest-held relationships since their establishment. One of the benefits of working with this company is that Jordan Estess worked in the utility industry as a journeyman lineman before starting EUS. His years of experience have allowed us to be uniquely qualified to partner with utility companies since our team understands the specifics of utility crew support better than any other forestry company.
Alabama Power is the second entity within Southern Company that Estess Utility Services has fostered a working relationship with. Since Georgia Power Company and Alabama Power Company are closely related sister companies, we enjoy growing in our knowledge of different Southern Company procedures and practices.
The Georgia Department of Transportation is the largest entity Estess Utility Services has had the opportunity to contract for. Doing business with GDOT is an important milestone in the history of EUS, and is one of Courtney and Jordan Estess's greatest achievements. We look forward to keeping Right-of-Ways maintained and enhancing the beautiful scenery that Georgia has to offer.
Georgia Transmission Corporation is one of the largest companies we've partnered with. GTC is also the most recent company we've been approved as as a contractors for. They've helped us transition to solely operating within the commercial utility industry and allowed us to operate within our wheelhouse.
MEAG Power has provided us with the opportunity to perform all tasks associated with right-of-way and general vegetation clearing and grubbing. Projects specific to MEAG Power had particularly narrow paths and were located in low disturbance zones. These projects allowed EUS to be intentional with attentiveness, budget constrictions, schedules, and skilled workmanship. These skills are ones that are applied to every job that Estess Ag Services Performs.
Liberty Utilities is another successful utility company that EUS has the pleasure of working with. It's important that vegetation is well managed around reg stations and equipment so Liberty Utilities can keep providing workers and customers with excellent service. Estess Utility Services makes that possible! We pride ourselves on facilitating a seamless process to utility maintenance.
Hughston Homes has been a vendor of EUS from nearly the very beginning. What started out as a job clearing and grading one lot, turned into a long-lasting partnership with EUS completing hundreds of properties. We account much of our early success to this relationship and continue to maintain properties of both clients and staff of Hughston Homes.
