UTILITY CREW ASSISTANCE
With 10 years of Journeyman Lineman experience under his belt, the owner of Estess Utility Services offers a unique and qualified view when partnering with utility companies. Estess Utility Services has maintained a close working relationship with Georgia Power Company, performing Right of Way, Forestry, and Distribution maintenance. Additionally, the company partners with many similar companies including MEAG Power, Georgia Transmission Corportation, and Liberty Utilities. Our company has found a niche in this sector of the industry because crew members have insight of the needs and preferences of utility companies. We are always looking for new connections and opportunities in this industry.
ACCESS CONSTRUCTION
In order to ensure that utility crews have access to power lines, we provide construction access services. Our equipment operators clear vegetation and build roads to enable year-round access to structures. Our team members receive OSHAÂ 1910.269(a)(2) Certification which provides them with the knowledge of safety precautions and best procedures when working around energized lines.
EMERGENCY STORM RESPONSE
Operating in the southeast, we understand the importance of quick response teams following tropical storms and natural disasters. Estess Utility Services is available for call out responses. Not only do we perform debris clean-up after storms, but we also provided storm assessing services. Several of the teammates at Estess Utility are previous lineman, and can assess damage after natural disasters and help power companies determine next steps.
